What is the cost of your service?
Since every property is different pricing is going to vary. Most residential projects are priced between $2-$5k. We typically price all jobs on-site.
Do you use harsh chemicals?
Most homes and businesses do not require the use of strong chemicals during our concrete preparation work. However for paver sealing applications, if you need stains removed such as rust or calcium deposits we may need to use stronger solutions.
How long does the epoxy or PolyMight coating last?
The longevity of your floor depends on the traffic and exposure of your floor. It also depends on the flooring option. Most floors should last 10+ years if properly taken care of.
Do you offer repair work?
We do not offer repairs unless the floor was installed by Mighty Coatings. For paver sealing we may do small repairs that take no more than an hour's time prior to sealing. We can refer you to reputable companies to repair your pavers prior to our arrival to seal them.
How long do I have to stay off my floor, driveway or walkway after sealing?
For epoxy or polyurea coatings you can walk on them the day after we finish and drive on them 48 hours later. For paver sealing you may walk on the sealed pavers after 24 hours, however we recommend waiting 72 hours before driving on the pavers.
